From Tech Foundations to CKT
Lyndon’s career in technology has been anything but one-dimensional. After graduating from university, he began his professional journey as an onsite technician, spending two years building hands-on experience in real-world IT environments. From there, he transitioned into the web development space, first as a Project Manager and later as a Technical Manager, where he oversaw both web development projects and the technical infrastructure that supported them.
After gaining experience across multiple roles, Lyndon took the leap into freelancing, offering web development and IT management services. That broad exposure to both technical systems and client needs laid a strong foundation for the work he does today at CKT.
The First Line Clients Can Rely On
As a HelpDesk Engineer, Lyndon serves as the first point of contact for clients when IT issues arise. He specializes in resolving problems remotely, helping clients get back to work quickly and efficiently.
What does he enjoy most about the role?
