This Month’s Spotlight: Sara Golinski – Business Development
This month, we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on someone who’s been a cornerstone of CKT for nearly two decades—Sara Golinski. With a career path that’s as dynamic as her role, Sara brings heart, hustle, and a whole lot of puzzle-solving prowess to everything she does.
From Classrooms to Clients
Sara’s professional journey began in education. After earning her degree in Elementary Education and spending a few years in daycare, she realized teaching wasn’t quite the right fit. A temporary job led her to CKT—and 19 years later, she’s still here, thriving in a role that lets her wear many hats.
A Bit of Everything—and Then Some
As part of the Business Development team, Sara’s work spans marketing, sales, and customer success. She’s also the go-to backup for both the Purchasing Manager and Office Manager. Her favorite part? The constant learning. “IT is like a jigsaw puzzle,” she says. “You have to find the right fit for the client.”
Creativity, Camping, and Girl Scouts
Outside of work, Sara’s creativity shines. She’s an avid crafter and loves spending time outdoors—especially camping in the summer. She also co-leads her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, a role that’s brought countless adventures and meaningful moments.
Family First
Sara’s admiration and joy come from her close-knit family. She and her husband are raising two amazing kids, and they’re lucky to have both sets of grandparents actively involved in their lives. Whether it’s Sunday dinners or road trips across the U.S., family time is always a priority.
A Few of Her Favorite Things
- Books: The Harry Potter series rekindled her love of reading—and she hasn’t stopped since.
- Food: A fan of all things culinary, Sara loves experimenting with new recipes and cooking up fancy Sunday dinners.
- Travel: She’s explored much of the U.S. with her family, but France is next on her travel wish list.
- TV & Sports: Not much of a binge-watcher, Sara’s more likely to be cheering on the Colorado Avalanche or Denver Broncos. She’s also a big fan of the Olympics for the inspiring stories behind the athletes.

Sara’s journey is a testament to adaptability, curiosity, and the power of finding your fit. Whether she’s solving client puzzles, mentoring Girl Scouts, or whipping up a Sunday roast, she brings passion and purpose to everything she does. We’re lucky to have her as part of the CKT family!
